※Cancellation will take place upon completion of MNP transfer from our company.
※An MNP transfer fee of 3,300JPY (tax included) will be charged.
※If you cancel within the minimum usage period, a cancellation penalty fee will be charged.
※If the MNP transfer to another company is completed in the following month, the following month will be the month of cancellation and the fee for the month will be charged.
※The usage fee for the month of cancellation is not calculated on a pro-rated basis. The full amount will be billed.

※The closing date for applications is the 20th of each month.
※The cancellation date is based on the date when the MNP transfer to another company is completed.

※The SIM card is a loaned item,
　The SIM card must arrive no later than in 3 business days on the month following the month the MNP transfer takes place（＝contract month）

※The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the SIM card.
　SIM card unreturned/damage fee if any of the following apply
　3,300JPY(with tax) will be charged in the following month of the cancellation.
　・If the SIM card is not returned by the due date
　・If the returned SIM card is damaged
　・In case of non-delivery of SIM card due to mailing trouble

※The full amount will be billed for the month of the cancellation.
※There will be no pro-rated based refund.

※If you cancel your subscription before the minimum usage period (12 months for Type A, 24 months for Type B)
　Type A, a cancellation penalty fee of 7,700 JPY (with tax) will be billed the following month.
　Type B, a cancellation penalty fee of 11,550 JPY (with tax) will be billed the following month.
※There is no cancellation penalty for the current SIM (S Plan, L Plan, and Kakeho Plan).
※Once cancelled, the cancellation cannot be undone.
